 Cooking with Beer featured in the Cedar Rapids Gazette

Joe is featured cooking with beer in the January 16, 2007 edition of the  Cedar Rapids Gazette - Beer With Bite (page 1D). Food and Fitness Editor Anne Kapler and Photographer Leila Navidi did a great job with this piece which included his Spicy Beef Pepper Porter Stir Fry, Drunken Rice, Buttercup Squash Ale Bisque, and his famous Oatmeal Stout Brownies.
