The names Beer University, Beer U, Didja Know? and content herein are the property of Joe Stutler - an H. s. sapiens currently residing in the state of Iowa (he's kinda short, so you may not see him what with all the corn in the way), in the United States (don't hate me just because I'm free), on the planet locally referred to as 'Earth' (not a bad place, all in all, except perhaps for the nutters who, because of their invisible friends, get all preachy and pushy and mean). Joe's Kitchen is represented by Joe or whomever he designates by law (and by his bestowing the Spoon of Authority upon said designee). Unauthorized use of the name or content jeopardizes Joe's goals and is liable to piss him off - not such a good idea (especially if he's not been on his meds of late). Such usage and/or misrepresentation involving this name may result in a world of hurt for the 'alleged' perps. The contents of the web-site are the property of the Joe. Use of the text and images on this web-site without the permission of Joe may be considered grounds for the opening of one or more cans of whoop-ass and releasing the contents of said cans in the general direction of said miscreant within the relevant time-space continuum (at a minimum...it could get quite ugly...trust me, you don't want to go there).
